Chef Sara's Raw Vegan Cafe offers many options and is the place to go for those with allergies! They don't use cashews and avoid most nightshades. We found that though there are a lot of options, the food flavors are extremely similar. The food was amazing, but pizza and burgers should have some difference in flavor. They used the same side salad for all of their dishes, which is cost effective but doesn't offer variety. The dehydrated wrap used in the ravioli was amazing!

Their health drinks and smoothies are just that, super healthy and packed full of nutrients, but you can definitely taste the superfood powders. Not the most appetizing thing. The environment is very laid back. Cave Creek is a beautiful upscale area, truly a hidden gem. If you visit Chef Sara's be sure to get the cinnamon roll.
