This restaurant is truly a brilliant idea, basically, it's a very healthy version subway (make your own Salads, Bowls, and Sandwiches) with a Juice/ Smoothie/Acai Bowl Bar. They have different stations so they say there isn't any cross contamination. The food was quite delicious and each person could pick and choose what they like. The baked sweet potatoes bites and gluten free baked falafel were favorites. We were impressed the first few times we went there but found that when the owner was not around the employees were more careless and used the same scoop on gluten-free Items as they did on gluten items, so if you are extremely allergic to gluten and dairy we would not suggest going there. We personally have decided not to return as that is a huge problem for us.
