Ginger's Garden Cafe is our favorite health food restaurant in Utah. Located in Springville, Utah in a health food/herb store/yoga studio space, this little cafe has amazingly flavorful food. Made out of local, organic, whole foods, you can really taste the love. Most of the food is vegan or available in a vegan version. They do have gluten in the facility, but they have separate preparation stations, so cross-contamination is less likely. They have some really unique flavor combinations, that are absolutely scrumptious. I really enjoyed the mango salad as well as the freshly squeezed juice. Definitely worth making the trip to visit it!
Unfortunately, as it tends to be with some vegan restaurants, it was a bit hit or miss. We found that this restaurant was excellent the first time we visited, but not as good the second time. The juices were fresh, the kale chips and dip, and salad were good and flavorful, but fairly basic recipes and easily could have been made at home. I think that the crepes were the most unique concept, they were a bit overly sweet and were more like a sweet wrap then crepes. The positive thing was that everything available was raw, vegan and gluten-free. The staff was also fairly knowledgeable about nut and nightshade allergies. this restaurant is in a very central location to all of the main tourist attractions in Prague as it is located in Prague 1 district. We didn't try any of their desserts, but they did have quite a few options available.

Vegan Ice Cream - Moabit, Berlin
If you're looking for the best vegan ice cream in Berlin, look no further! We've found it! Geh Veg was just a short walk from our Airbnb, and truly made our stay in Berlin better. We loved this place so much, we visited every day. The restaurant was homey and the staff was lovely. The spoke English which made ordering our food easy. There were so many different flavors and all of them were simply scrumptious. Our favorite flavors were the pistachio, raspberry, lemon, and mango. They offered many vegan food options that looked incredible, but we never got around to trying them. If you are ever in Berlin, I would definitely stop by this place.
